Dynamic variables

Write a variable in a text and it’s replaced with the current value on your site. Variables work in post and page content, excerpts and text widgets — handy for the copyright line in the footer, so you never have to update the year.

Variable	Becomes
{{YEAR}}	Current year
{{SITE_NAME}}, {{SITE_TITLE}}	Site title from Settings → General
{{SITE_TAGLINE}}	Tagline from Settings → General
{{SITE_URL}}	Home page address
{{ADMIN_EMAIL}}	Administration email address
{{PAGE_TITLE}}	Title of the current page
{{PAGE_ID}}	ID of the current page
{{THEME_NAME}}	Name of the active theme
