Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a product or order a service on vlthemes.me. By making a purchase you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to us before you buy — we’re happy to explain.

Products

We sell WordPress themes, HTML templates, plugins and design files (Figma, PSD). Each product page lists what’s included, the requirements and the current version. Live demos show the product with demo content; images used in demos are for preview only and are not included in the download.

License

Every purchase on vlthemes.me gives you a license to use the product on up to 3 sites — your own or your clients’.

  • WordPress themes and plugins: the PHP code is licensed under the GNU GPL v2 or later. CSS, JavaScript, images and design files are covered by our license above.
  • You may not resell or redistribute the product as it is, or as part of another theme, template or design kit.
  • Products bought on ThemeForest are licensed under the Envato Market license, not these terms.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Gumroad. Gumroad processes the payment, charges applicable sales tax or VAT and sends you the receipt and the download link. Prices are in US dollars and are one-time — there are no subscriptions.

Updates

Updates are free for the lifetime of the product. When a new version is released, you can download it again from your Gumroad library. We keep products compatible with current versions of WordPress and the required plugins, but we can’t guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin.

Support

  • vlthemes.me purchases: 12 months of support from the date of purchase.
  • ThemeForest purchases: 6 months, as set by Envato. It can be extended on ThemeForest.

Support covers questions about the product’s features, help with bugs and help with the included demo content. It doesn’t cover custom changes, installing or configuring third-party plugins, or hosting and server issues — those are available as a paid service. We reply on weekdays, Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+3), usually within 24 hours. Envato Elements downloads are not supported.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on purchases made on vlthemes.me. If the product doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, or it simply isn’t a fit, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. Refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method.

Refunds for ThemeForest purchases follow Envato’s refund policy and are requested on ThemeForest.

Services

For setup, customization and custom themes we agree on the scope, price and timeline in writing before work starts. We take 50% upfront; the rest is due on delivery. Invoices are sent via Gumroad, PayPal or Payoneer. After delivery you get 30 days of free fixes for anything within the agreed scope.

Liability

Products are provided “as is”. We do our best to keep them secure and bug-free, but we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from their use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service. Always keep backups of your site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect purchases made before them.
