Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can, and only what we need to sell products, answer your questions and send the emails you asked for. We don’t sell your data and don’t use advertising trackers.
What we collect

We never see or store your card details — payments are processed by Gumroad.
Cookies & local storage
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We save one setting in your browser’s local storage — night-mode, your light or dark theme choice — so the site looks the same next time. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Gumroad may set its own cookies when you open the checkout. See the Gumroad privacy policy.
Services we use
- Gumroad — checkout, receipts and downloads.
- PayPal, Payoneer — invoices for services.
- Envato API — checking ThemeForest purchase codes in support tickets.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy. We share only what’s needed for the task.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Support tickets and messages are kept for as long as your license is supported, then deleted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in every email — your address is removed from the list.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@vlthemes.me from the email you used, and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to tickets and customer data is limited to the people who handle your request.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we’ll also let customers know by email.
