Refunds

Before asking for a refund, please let us try to help: most issues are solved in one reply.

1. Read the product documentation and search this knowledge base.
2. Make sure the product is used for its purpose and your setup meets the requirements (WordPress and PHP versions, required plugins).
3. Open a support ticket and describe the problem.

Gumroad

Purchases on Gumroad are refunded by us. If we can’t solve the problem, open a ticket with your license key and the reason — the refund goes back to your original payment method through Gumroad.

ThemeForest

ThemeForest purchases follow the Envato refund policy. Request a refund on this page; if the request is declined and you disagree, you can raise a dispute with Envato Help Team. More details: How do refunds work?.
