Change the order of categories

WordPress can’t reorder categories of posts, portfolio items or products on its own. Use the free Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugin:

1. Go to Plugins → Add New.
2. Search for Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order.
3. Click Install Now, then Activate.
4. Drag the categories into the order you need on the plugin’s page.
